NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Tuesday, January 27, 2026 – 1:30 PM, to be held in City Hall, Room 400, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA 94102, at a Regular Meeting of the SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION: Public hearing, discussion and possible action to approve the proposed CleanPowerSF Net Billing Tariff Schedule to be effective August 20, 2026, and a revised CleanPowerSF Net Energy Metering Tariff Schedule (NEM Tariff).
The resolution to be presented for consideration at these hearings is:
Approve CleanPowerSF Net Billing Tariff Schedule and revisions to CleanPowerSF Net Energy Metering Tariff Schedule
If approved, the new Net Billing Tariff Schedule and revisions to CleanPowerSF Net Energy Metering Tariff Schedule would take effect August 20, 2026. More information about these proposed rates and charges can be found at cleanpowersf.org/solarbillingplan.

Public Comment Announcement
Members of the public attending meetings in person or remotely will have an opportunity to provide public comment on every action or discussion item. Members of the public are encouraged to provide public comment by email. All comments received will be made part of the official record.
